Complaints Submission Requirements

A Special Power of Attorney from the consumer to the consumer representative stating that the consumer authorizes the individual, agency, or legal institution that represents him to act for and on behalf of the consumer. It has to be submitted with a complete validity period of power attorney and duly stamped. | ||
Other documents, such as a court-issued finding of guardian, that indicate the consumer representative has the right to represent the consumer. | ||
